Hey Champion,
Gluten is a special type of protein that is found in foods such as cereals, certain grains, and wheat.
One of the main purposes of gluten is to keep the elasticity intact in foods during the fermentation phase of food production.
Gluten is found in wheat, barley, rye and the derivatives of these grains, including malt and brewer’s yeast.
Gluten makes bread chewy, and prevents other foods from having a sticky, doughy-like texture.
A gluten-free diet can have a variety of health benefits, such as improving cholesterol levels, promoting digestive health, and increasing energy levels, if you have a gluten intolerance or even gluten sensitivity.
Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. Deuteronomy 28:1
Diligently obey.
Observe carefully.
Both of these phrases bring to mind a master jeweler using his fine motor skills to navigate through and around the inner mechanisms of an expensive watch.
Are you intentionally diligent about obeying Holy Spirit? Are you careful to observe your activities to make sure that they line up with the will of God?
