Increasing muscle mass is the goal of many people.
Although genetics play a significant role in how much muscle mass a person will have, increasing it can be accomplished through effective strength training workouts and proper nutrition.
All things being equal, your nutrition plays a huge role in developing good, lean muscle mass.

Jesus said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out and it was completely restored. Matthew 12:13
Notice that this man didn’t hesitate when Jesus asked him to do something.
1) Do you hesitate when Jesus asks you to do something?
2) Can you even tell when the Holy Spirit is asking you to do something?
Exercise of the Week: Hebrews 4:12 says, “The word separates the spirit from the soul.”
Allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your human spirit and separate out what Satan, the world—and even you—may be speaking to your soul. Allow the word to God to divide the two, and direct you towards following him.
