Organic foods provide a variety of benefits. Some studies show that organic foods have more beneficial nutrients, such as antioxidants, than their conventionally grown counterparts.
Also, people with allergies to foods, chemicals or preservatives often find their symptoms lessen or go away when they eat only organic foods.
Benefits of eating organic:
-Organic produce contains fewer pesticides.
-Organic food is often fresher.
-Organic farming is better for the environment.
-Organically raised animals are NOT given antibiotics or growth hormones.
As he was going along, approaching Damascus, suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” So he said, “Who are you, Lord?” He replied, “I am Jesus whom you are persecuting!” Acts 9:3-5
Who are you, Lord? vs. Who are you?
Why would Paul respond to a light and a voice with “who are you, Lord” and not just “who are you?”
After Jesus’ 36 months of ministry, there was a high probability that Paul heard Jesus teach. Did the words of Jesus affect Paul more than he even knew?
Exercise of the Week: Allow the words of Jesus to affect you. Spend time with Him in His Word.
