Adiponectin is a small protein produced in fat cells — but is also a hormone.
Being naturally produced by the body, adiponectin plays an essential and fundamental role in the control of type 2 diabetes.
This protein-based hormone boosts your metabolism, enhances the ability of your muscle to use carbs for energy and increases the rate in which the body breaks down fat.
Increasing adiponectin proteins is important for those who want to lose weight.
Jesus said to her, “Go, call your husband, and come here.” The woman answered and said, “I have no husband.” Jesus said to her, “You have well said, ‘I have no husband,’ for you have had five husbands, and the one whom you now have is not your husband; in that you spoke truly.” John 4:16-18
Jesus just met this woman.
Jesus was very direct.
Jesus did not hold back.
Jesus spoke truth to her.
Be careful that you don’t allow sympathy to get in the way of speaking truth.
Exercise of the Week: Speak truth into the lives that the Holy Spirit brings your way.
