Immunizations for School Age Kids

It is getting to be back to school time!   For many that means they will need to have their immunization requirements met.   If your child has not yet started school, you need to make sure you don’t get behind in what they need.   To make this easier we have three immunization schedules as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

A schedule for young children from birth to 6 years old.  [mc id=”2299″ type=”file”]0-6yrs-schedule-pr[/mc]

A schedule for school age children ages 7-18 years old.    [mc id=”2300″ type=”file”]7-18yrs-schedule-pr[/mc]

A  catch-up  schedule if you have not gotten immunizations at the recommended times.  [mc id=”2301″ type=”file”]catchup-schedule-pr[/mc]
