Sadly, no one has been able to find a cure for this disorder yet. Measures like immunizing the mother and preventing head injuries in children can help partly prevent the occurrence of this lifelong condition, while supportive treatments, therapy, surgery and medicines may help alleviate symptoms in some people. So you’ve just worked out, now what? Don’t grab that sugary protein bar because your body needs specific nutrients that will help you recover and repair your muscles. First of which is omega-3s, you can take fish oil tablets or add chia, flax, or hemp to a smoothie to get this. Omega-3s help to reduce inflammation and sore muscles. After you exercise, you need to make sure to get some protein. The best sources include Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts and seed. When you exercise, you sweat. It’s important to replace the sodium that you lose in fluids during exercise. You can do this by snacking on small portions of salted nuts or pretzels or drinking energy drinks that contain electrolytes. When you workout at high intensity, your pH levels in the muscles drop. Beta alanine can help this. The best sources of beta alanine are pork, beef, and venison. If you get leg cramps after working out, grab a banana, which will help a potassium deficiency. Glycogen and glucose are lost during a workout and should be replaced with complex carbohydrates like oatmeal made with milk and topped with fresh fruit. BCAAs aid in muscle repair so you should eat meat, fish or eggs to help. Eat more liver and oysters to help you get the iron that you need. Low fat cheese, milk and yogurt will ensure that you get the calcium that you need. And last, but not least, is beta carotene, which is found in orange and yellow foods like carrots, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe and apricots.
Urine comes in different colors and the color of your urine can help identify what’s going on in your body. For example, if your urine is transparent and has no color, it means that you could be drinking too much water. On the other hand, if your urine is amber or honey colored, you are not getting enough water and you should drink some soon. Urine can also help you determine if you should seek medical assistance. For example, if your urine is pink to reddish and you haven’t been eating rhubarb, beets, or blueberries recently, you may have blood in your urine, which could be a sign of kidney disease or urinary tract infections. Possibly even mercury poisoning. In any case, you should seek a doctor’s advice. Strangely, urine can also be orange if you have a liver or bile duct condition. It can also be blue or green if you have a rare genetic disease. If your urine foams or fizzes, it could just be a harmless hydraulic effect, but it could also be excess protein in your diet or a kidney problem. There are things that affect the color of your urine, like medications, chemotherapy drugs and dyes.
Hair transplant technology has evolved considerably since its initial development in 1939. The procedure then involved taking hair from healthy areas of the scalp and using it to cover balding spots. By the 1980s, transplants were done in large sections, which generally made the transplants quite noticeable. By the 1990s and 2000s, Micrografting and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) allowed doctors to transplant hairs in smaller amounts and with greater accuracy, lending a much more natural appearance to the finished work. FUE in particular, with an accuracy of 1-3 hair follicles per unit, left no scars, and delivered outstanding results. As of 2011, the FDA approved ARTAS system has taken the FUE procedure to the next level. The ARTAS hair transplant robot (operated by a trained physician) delivers a faster, more comfortable, more precise, and less disruptive transplant. It delivers all the benefits of FUE in a more advanced system. In 2012 the Hair Institute of Miami began using ARTAS, the latest in transplant technology.

It’s also been said that only 1% of the population has red hair. Also, did you know that we have several elements in our hair, including possible traces of gold?
