Its not the easiest thing these days to save and build your wealth. You cannot focus on the future of building your wealth and doing other financial things with savings if you cannot fix the small things your are spending your money on.
If your monthly spending is exceeding your monthly income, than you are OVERSPENDING. When people want to save money, they first must look at what they are spending their money on.
Ways to cut spending:
Cutting expenses. — This doesn’t always have to be tragic and everyone will have a different idea of what expenses they can cut. For some it will be going to the movies for others it could be cutting back on restaurant meals. Or possibly giving up the cable that you are never home to watch anyway.
Eliminate impulse buys. — Make a list of your needs and stick to the list and only the list. Don’t just buy something you don’t need because the deal is too good to pass up.
Analyze how you are spending your money. — Many credit card companies will do this for you. You need to understand how much are you really spending on gas, food, clothes etc.
