When was the last time you heard,
“Hey, Have you LOST Weight?”.
This Could be your Turning Point…
So go ahead and take the next step. Use this High Intensity Interval Training program as a shortcut guide to getting the lean, toned, sexy body you want.
Another way to think of it is “short-burst intense workouts” that not only help to raise your metabolism so you can burn calories and fat… but they also help you HOLD ONTO lean muscle mass!
So it helps with BOTH of the ways to lose fat: you keep your lean muscle AND you burn off more calories and fat in less time.
And here’s the best part:
It only takes 20 minutes a day (or less) and 3 days a week TOTAL… and you can do it in the privacy of your own living room!
You don”t need any equipment, you don”t need to go to an expensive gym… you don”t need any of that.
When you start using these short-burst intense training sessions… you”ll start losing fat faster and easier than anything you”ve EVER tried.
It”s true! These high intensity interval training sessions actually work more of your muscles and this burns more calories than long cardio.
The end result is MORE FAT LOSS!
This High Intensity Interval Training also boosts your body”s natural fat-burning hormones WHILE minimizing the fat-storing hormones like cortisol.
In fact, one of the by-products of doing long cardio is that your body releases cortisol in response to the long bouts of stress. Cortisol”s main goal is to shuttle body fat into your cells… so it actually causes your body to hold onto fat.
But you can easily prevent this by using these short burst workouts.
And remember what I said earlier about raising your metabolism? Well, this High Intensity Interval training creates an “after burn effect” that causes your metabolism to skyrocket.
This means you”ll burn fat ALL the time!
After you do these short burst high intensity workouts, your metabolism increases so you”re burning calories and fat ALL DAY LONG… even while you”re just resting.
That”s why it”s SO IMPORTANT to use these High Intensity Interval Training sessions instead of the long, boring cardio sessions that most people use.
I”ve proven that these short-burst intense workouts can melt away stubborn body fat from ANYWHERE you want to lose it.
It doesn”t matter, whether it”s your buns, belly, hips, thighs, waist, or arms… once you start using High Intensity Interval Training… it”s GONE!
And all it takes is…
Less Than ONE TOTAL HOUR a week, all in the privacy of your living room!
Look… I know going to a gym can be a hassle. I mean, you”ve got work to do, kids to watch, house chores to get done.
Not only that, but when you get home from a long day at work, the LAST thing you want to do is pack up your sweats and hit the gym.
That”s why this is SUCH a blessing. No more expensive gym. No more driving across town. No more being judged by lean and toned “fitness models”.
Nope, just a short, intense, fat-blasting workout you can do right in the comfort of your own living room… in just 20 minutes or LESS!
Soon you”ll have the lean, toned, sexy body you want. And you”ll FINALLY keep it off for GOOD.
When you”re using a method that actually melts away body fat like a torch to a candle, you”ll soon have the lean, toned, attractive body you”ve been dying to get!
This is ALL scientifically researched. Here is an abstract of a study on exercise intensity by a University in Canada:
Physical Activity Sciences Laboratory, Laval University, Ste-Foy, Quebec, Canada.AbstractThe impact of two different modes of training on body fatness and skeletal muscle metabolism was investigated in young adults who were subjected to either a 20-week endurance-training (ET) program (eight men and nine women) or a 15-week high-intensity intermittent-training (HIIT) program (five men and five women). The mean estimated total energy cost of the ET program was 120.4 MJ, whereas the corresponding value for the HIIT program was 57.9 MJ. Despite its lower energy cost, the HIIT program induced a more pronounced reduction in subcutaneous adiposity compared with the ET program. When corrected for the energy cost of training, the decrease in the sum of six subcutaneous skinfolds induced by the HIIT program was ninefold greater than by the ET program. Muscle biopsies obtained in the vastus lateralis before and after training showed that both training programs increased similarly the level of the citric acid cycle enzymatic marker. On the other hand, the activity of muscle glycolytic enzymes was increased by the HIIT program, whereas a decrease was observed following the ET program. The enhancing effect of training on muscle 3-hydroxyacyl coenzyme A dehydrogenase (HADH) enzyme activity, a marker of the activity of beta-oxidation, was significantly greater after the HIIT program. In conclusion, these results reinforce the notion that for a given level of energy expenditure, vigorous exercise favors negative energy and lipid balance to a greater extent than exercise of low to moderate intensity. Moreover, the metabolic adaptations taking place in the skeletal muscle in response to the HIIT program appear to favor the process of lipid oxidation.

Wow, lots of big words in there, so let me explain it. If you do shorter more energized workouts, going at max effort for about 1 minute and then resting for 30 seconds, you lose more body fat.
Other studies have shown 3 HIIT workouts a week to burn as many calories as a typical cardio workout 5 days a week. That’s right, you get in shape and burn fat in 40% less time as doing cardio.

You may think that is way too cheap! All the other top-notch programs are way more than that. They are, many costing $100.00 on up to $400.00 with the add-ons they get you to buy. If you have to have fancy videos, with bunches of paid athletes following on screen, on a set made to look like a warehouse (so you will know that its tough), on a big set of DVD’s, then you should NOT BUY the HealthStatus HIIT it Hard program. If you want a really nice looking box to put on your shelves so you can point at it and impress your friends then you should buy one of these programs that is based on the exact same science as HIIT it Hard:
