Step #4 to heal your hormones

I’m super excited for the start of a new decade and the year of impeccable ‘2020’ vision.

You can heal your hormones this next year and I’ll show you how.

We’re already on Step #4 of my 9-Step System to Heal Your Hormones.

If you’ve missed ANY of the Steps so far, be sure to go back to the previous articles to catch up because each one builds on the previous one.

I don’t know about you, but I could gain five pounds in a day for no good reason, so the next day, I’d go running to lose the weight.

Sometimes I’d run twice in one day. I was on the over-exercise, don’t eat plan to manage my weight.

But I couldn’t sustain it. I’d always gain the weight back, and I felt terrible.

Whatever you do, it MUST be sustainable…forever. No diets allowed AND no over-exercising allowed.

So how DO you exercise to feel fabulous and stay balanced?

The short answer is: you have to exercise for where your metabolism is right now. If your metabolism is a bit sluggish, you have to start slowly.

Exercise (movement) takes energy.

If you’re not feeling like yourself, chances are you’re low in energy so you’ll have to choose carefully where you expend your energy until you can build your body back up.

Too much exercise for your metabolism will cause fatigue, weight gain, poor sleep and cravings, so be careful!

And, if you’re menstruating, too much movement can stop your cycle altogether.

If you’re menopausal, it can cause hot flashes that come from out of nowhere.

So start slowly.

Tomorrow, I’ll share Step #5 – it’s one of the most critical steps in my 9-Step System.

Let’s heal together. We can do this!

PS Save your seat now to the HYH LIVE! Conference where I’ll show you how to figure out what’s going on with your metabolism so you know where to start with the exercise piece to feel more balanced.
