Break Free From PCOS – Day 4: Q&A

Hi everyone, this is Robin Nielsen and this is Day Four of Break Free from PCOS and I am so excited to be here with you. Let’s just do arrive here for a minute. Just arrived. You’ve got a busy day; I’m sure that your day is like mine. Lots going on every day, right? And this is our special time. We take care of ourselves. I want to make sure that you feel like you have what you need to move forward and start to heal your symptoms this year. Like right now, because by the end of the year, your life could be completely different.

So today I have another special guest for you because we’re going to do a hot seat and I will show you what it looks like to do a hormone breakthrough session with me so that you can get a lot of clarity about next steps in helping to get your hormones balanced.

It will feel so much better and you’ll live the life that you were meant to live. Exciting, right? I’m going to have a guest on; it’s Katie Walsh from New York and she’s going to be in my hot seat and we’re going to really dig in deep and help her figure out next steps. I want you to follow along because you are going to get some great insights for you. Then I’m going to show you how you can jump in and get your own hormone breakthrough session with me.

It’s really my passion, my goal to make sure that you get what you need to heal. Well, let’s do this together. I’m going to answer a few questions right now. Please ask me any questions that you have over a few minutes to do some Q&A and let’s see here:

One of them is pathways. Can the issue really be corrected when there is a pathway and conversion issue?

And she mentioned MTHFR, which is a genetic snip. Compt issues, ie. 23 and Me, so it’s genetic testing and it’s our genetics, right? Yes! Our issues can really be corrected. I mean, I have so many weird genetic snips. I have a lot of crazy things going on with me. In fact, I can’t even take a lot of different medications, which became really clear to me when I was younger because when I took them, I got really sick. So, I have some crazy genetic snips.

What that means is that I just have to be careful. I have to be careful about what I eat and how I move, right? I have to make sure I get enough rest, but I put a lot of the nutrients back in and then everything works great. Right? The right forms of nutrients are so important and we talked a little bit about that earlier. Day One was all about what is PCOS? Day Two was what causes PCOS and Day Three is what you can do about PCOS. If you haven’t listened to all three of those, then be sure you go back and listen in because there are so many insights for you. It doesn’t matter what your genetics are, it has everything to do with how you take care of yourself based on your genetics. For instance, I don’t convert beta carotene into vitamin A well, so I can’t just eat vegetables and expect to have enough vitamin A, and that was part of my acne problem. I have to eat foods that have vitamin A in them and I have to take vitamin A. Same thing with vitamin D. I don’t convert vitamin D from D2 to D3 well, I don’t convert folic acid into folate well, so I have the MTHFR gene mutation, okay? You don’t have to know that; I don’t have to do genetic tests for that. I just have to take the right forms of things. Right? That’s in our Insulite nutrients. They’re the right forms of the nutrients so that you can use them. Your genetics should not hold you back from healing and feeling well.
