If you are in the 60 percentile that need to lose weight, don”t despair; the key is to burn more calories than you eat each day. You can accomplish these goals with diet and moderate exercise.
Diet
Change your diet. You hear your doctor tell you this at every visit, this advice is on every medical website and advertisement. There must be something to eating right. Find an eating plan that helps your body with energy as well as provides the vitamins and minerals you need on a daily basis.
