Sleep Matters

Hey You,

In the Matters of your sleep.

Tim Ferris designed a 6 figure, four hour work week and has continued to be one of the best “Life Hackers” in the world today. . . His Blog is s a must read if you want to hack health, and wealth.

https://tim.blog/2008/01/27/relax-like-a-pro-5-steps-to-hacking-your-sleep/ might be one of the pieces of advice on finding great ways to get “sleep hacked” but he has missed one very important hack.

The mattress. . . Most of us don’t know that mattress design has not changed in 75 years. Pressure on the body and joints and organs instead of supporting the body joints and organs. That doesn’t make sense does it ?

Well don’t worry my friends there is hope and it took an entrepreneur, a chiropractor and a rag tag band of engineers out of Indianapolis IN. No Tim, not Silicon Valley to design the place where we sleep to help us get more sleep.

Don’t worry Tim has got an lot of incredible genius in his books and content but there is one “Sleep Hack” he needs to ad to his list
