Hey Champion,
When most of us hear the words ”body fat” they have immediate negative connotations.
However, in the right proportion, fat is actually critical to our health. Problems arise when our bodies store too much fat.
This can lead to a variety of health issues, including high cholesterol, hypertension, glucose intolerance, and insulin resistance.
Normal body fat for men is around 8 to 15 percent of their total body weight and for women approximately 20 to 30 percent.
John 14:12a:
I’m telling you the truth (Good News Bible)
Very truly I tell you (International Version Bible)
Most assuredly (New King James Bible)
I tell you the solemn truth (New English Bible)
Verily, verily I tell you (King James Bible)
No matter what version of the bible you read, Jesus is setting the stage to emphasize that the next thing He is going to say is pretty important:
“He who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do.” John 14:12b NKJV
What works did Jesus do?
Exercise of the Week: Forget about the ‘greater works’ for now and go do the ‘works.’
