Totally Fit Spark Plug – Carrot Juice and God is a Planner!

Hey Champion,

A serving of carrot juice (one cup) has around 80 calories.

For those who have the typical caloric intake of 2000 calories a day, this means that a cup of carrot juice will count for around 4 percent of your daily caloric intake.

Because of this, carrot juice is an excellent alternative option for water as well as other juices.

If you were to compare carrot juice to other options, the same amount of orange juice has 113 calories while tomato juice contains 50 calories.

Bottom Line: Include carrot juice in your weekly diet.

Now on the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying to Him, “Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?” And He said, “Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, ‘The Teacher says, “My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at your house with My disciples.’” So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them; and they prepared the Passover. When evening had come, He sat down with the twelve. Matthew 26:17-20

God is a planner. He takes His time. He is not in a rush. Most the time, He spends more time in preparation than He does in manifestation.

But other times He is spontaneous. The preparation for the Passover in this passage all happened on the same day: On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when evening had come.

Exercise of the Week: Study this passage, because it’s full of kingdom principles that can be applied to your life. For example, reflect on who activated this entire process.
