Chris Davis was a 30 year old man suffering from what many others his age suffer from – depression. He was going out and drinking every weekend, trying to party away his negative feelings, and taking antidepressants. Chris said, however, that the antidepressants did not work and actually made his depression worse.
After another bout of depression and anxiety where he felt he couldn’t even get out of bed because of how bad he felt, he decided to look into other areas. Chris said he got up one morning and looked in the mirror and knew he needed to make a change for himself.
