Men are often perceived as having an easier time losing weight and from a strictly numerical frame of reference there is some truth to this idea.
Lean fat and free muscle mass are responsible for the lion’s share of calories burned throughout the course of the day and men naturally have higher levels of muscle mass than their female counterparts.
Men lose body fat in the following hierarchical order: abdominal/trunk region first, then in the arms and lastly in the leg and lower body regions. Women lose body fat in the following order: arms, abdominal area and finally in the legs.
Bottom Line: Get moving!
Such things promote controversial speculations rather than advancing God’s work—which is by faith. 1 Timothy 1:4
Advancing God’s work.
If you could have human feelings, one second after you died, would you have regrets because you didn’t advance God’s work?
A temptation in our life on earth is to place our identity in building our kingdom rather than advancing His kingdom.
