Hey Champion,
Muscle strain typically involves varying degrees of injury to tiny blood vessels.
The effects of swelling or local bleeding into the muscle can best be managed early on by applying ice packs to close the blood vessels and maintaining the strained muscle in a relaxed, stretched position.
Heat can be applied to further relax the muscle when the swelling has lessened (in general, about 12-24 hours after the initial strain).
However, the early application of heat can increase swelling and pain.
Therefore, whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. Matthew 18:4
Decades ago, Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) said, “I am the greatest” …2000 years ago, Jesus said that to be the greatest in the kingdom of God, be humble.
There are two different systems competing for the heart of man. One is temporal and the other is eternal. Moses said, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil. Deuteronomy 30:15
