Drink This Tonic To Get A Wedding Dress Ready Body

You may know, or at least have heard the claims, to many benefits and uses of raw apple cider vinegar.   “They” had me at controlling sugar cravings, reducing appetite and improving digestion!

I always suggest to “experiment” and see what happens!   I’ve been taking in 1-3 tablespoons per day for a few weeks now and I have loved the results.   For me, improved digestion was the most noticeable, but reducing appetite can’t be ignored!

Sugar cravings are a big factor in falling off the “get ready for the wedding dress” wagon, so reducing them is significant!   Researched published in the Journal of Functional Foods showed that drinking apple cider vinegar before a meal may help control your blood sugar.

With better blood sugar control, you’re less likely to crave quick energy hits like sweets!   You know that afternoon dip in energy when cravings for some cookies or chocolate with some coffee hit?

NOTE:   An ancient remedy is to mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 6 ounces of filtered water when a craving hits.

What about those times when you consume a high-carb meal?   You know when you “accidently” eat a bagel washed down with OJ or pasta and Italian bread (God forbid)!   Research shows that consuming, you guessed it…apple cider vinegar, actually improves insulin sensitivity by 19-34% (WOW)!

TRANSLATION:   This means that blood sugars won’t spike as much, keeping energy stable.   Plus you’ll be less likely to crave “seconds” or “dessert” shortly after eating your meal.

What about actual weight loss?

There was a study in 2009 showing significant FAT reduction in the groups that ingested 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar per day over the coarse of 12 weeks.   This is getting better and better!   You may want to get a big bottle of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar today (like now)!   Order from my favorite on-line source for organic, nonGMO and non-toxic “must have” pantry items.

Improving digestion is another positive side effect to intaking the “mother” of vinegars (raw apple cider vinegar).   Digestion is on the top key to health, so it’s very important to be functioning at an optimal level in a Bride Fit Body.  This magical fermented liquid will increase stomach acid to improve the break down of your food and absorption of the nutrients in that food.   If you are thinking you don’t want extra acid because you experience heartburn, therefore you already have “too much” acid.   Think again- contrary to popular belief, acid reflux is actually caused by low stomach acid.   Antacids help alleviate the symptoms, so it may seem like too much acid is the problem, but most of the time it’s not.   Did you know close to 90% of Americans produce too little stomach acid?   It’s a shame that this is not well known information!   If you want to learn all the details, check out Chris Kresser’s 6-part series on the topic.

EXPERIMENT:   1-2 teaspoons 20 minutes before a meal and see if there is a reduction or elimination of heartburn.   If you find that to be the case you can assume you may not produce enough stomach acid.

Here’s some names we can use for Raw Apple Cider Vinegar:

  • Appetite Crusher
  • Weight-Loss Helper
  • Energy and Blood Sugar Stabilizer
  • Digestion Improver

I hope this information has inspired you to give Raw Apple Cider a try!   Start your day with 8 ounces of filtered water with 1-2 tablespoons.   Add some ice and lemon if you want, you can’t screw this up!   The only screw up would be if you don’t use Raw/Unfiltered/Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar.
