Here are eleven, yes, eleven of those benefits:

- Increasing hormone levels
- Improving sexual performance and fertility

- Fixing thyroid issues
- Enhancing immune function

- Increasing pain tolerance
You might have heard people talk about brown fat, or what is technically brown adipose tissue BAT. This fat is mostly found around your collar bones, sternum, neck and upper back, and this fat generates heat by burning the regular white fat on your stomach, butt, hips and legs.
What’s unique about BAT is that it does not have to be activated by caloric restriction or exercise to become a fuel to burn the white fat–in fact, it can immediately and directly burn white fat. One way to as the author explains “get your BAT churning away at storage fat” is to wear a Weight Management Vest like the KewlFit Weight Management Vest.
Academic research claims when activated BAT can burn several hundred calories a day. This tissue was originally thought to not exist in adult humans, until recently PET-CT scans showed activated Brown Adipose Tissue after the individual was exposed cold temperatures.
The same Harvard studies that have shown the effectiveness of these cool vests to help people keep their brown fat activated and thereby burn more white fat also show that wearing a cooling vest set at 14 °C (57.2 °F) activated BAT better than the weight loss drug Ephedrine.
