Eating all the wrong foods and taking vitamins will not erase the food choices you are making. Eating less than your optimal caloric intake is also negative and something that vitamins will not automatically cure. Magnesium – Another great supplement to help with energy is Magnesium.
Omega 3 Fats – A third supplement that is boosting calls is a multivitamins with omega 3 fats. This will help boost the thyroid gland which helps and aids in metabolism and caloric burning.
Fish Oil – Fish oil is also instrumental in helping muscles rise to their full efficient potential. Iron and Cretin are just two other supplements that can overall help give your body a good boos.
As with any change in diet or exercise, it is good to talk to your medical provider in order to get a clearer picture of how any dietary addition even vitamins and supplements can affect you.
