Whiter, Healthier Teeth Without Visiting the Dentist

The idea of having a glimmering white smile might thrill you, but the idea of visiting the dentist might turn you off. Dentist visits can be expensive and unpleasant. 2) Baking Soda

Baking soda will make your teeth whiter. However, it’s important to use it sparingly as this abrasive compound can damage your enamel. If you feel self-conscious about stains on your teeth, gently brush with baking soda to help lift dark spots and discoloration.

3) Sugar Intake

Not much has changed since your childhood; there is no avoiding the fact that sugar causes tooth decay. Remember, the category of sugar also includes white carbs, which foster the growth of of plaque-causing bacteria. You may want to alter your diet to reduce sugars, or diligently rinse your mouth with plain water after a carb-heavy snack.
