Each time our learn something new and practical your brain will either change the structure of its neurons or increase the number of synapse between your neurons allowing them to send and receive the information faster.
Take a day and give up your phone. . . Go on a digital diet and watch what happens. Your life just seems better. You can read a couple chapters of your favorite book, dive deep into a conversation w/ a good friend. . or just meditate.
Letting go of your phone for a day or even just half a day can change your life. . Here is why. . . You will stop looking at e-mail.
