Mark Manson has a book that you should read.  .  .  Maybe all of us should read.  The Subtle Art of Not Giving a @$@%.  .  .  Although the title is irreverent its meaning and content is sound with a common sense so uncommon today he had to name it that way to get peoples attention.

 

What do you give a you know what about?  What are you stressed, worrying, lying to yourself about ?

 

Does it really matter?  Should it Really Matter?

 

Focusing your life on the few things that matter to you rather than everything that society tells us is  important- is a shift that Manson is challenging us in.

 

We are all mortal and making the most of our life so we an leave the world a better place.  This a great read and a thoughtful challenge we all could use.
