Track it to Hack it

Hey You,

In the Matters of You, Tracking.

One of the easiest and most powerful ways you can reduce your calories and get more active is to track it to hack it.  What you measure you move, and if you measure how much food you eat and how much exercise you get all of a sudden you start to move the needle.

It is really pretty amazingly simple and powerful.  .  .   People that get keep food journals lose about twice as much weight and people that track their steps tend to get twice as much activity.

We are partnering a great new application called Zoe.  .  .  It’s allot like Siri but focused to help you track your health and wellness and the best part is that you just tell her what you did for the day.

She drops in the appropriate activities and you know how you are doing relative to goal.  .  .  I have used allot of fitness apps including MyFitnessPal and Fitbit but always get tired of remembering to wear it or doing the data input.

This seems to me just enough automation to make it easier to do than not to do.
