Sleep is King

Hey You,

In the Matters of You, Sleep.

Man did you ever find something that makes your life so much better you couldn’t wait to share it?  That’s what happened when we installed our ChiliPad on our mattress.  You have to know about this.  .  .  This is not a health hack but a life hack.

I am the kind of sleeper that wakes up three times a night in a sweat or a bad dream.  “No Mas”, the first night I set the pad temperature at 63 degrees. I was out about 10 minutes after hitting the bed instead of the normal hour or so.  It was game, set, match.

Ok, so I played like 27 holes of golf and ate a nice dinner w/ a glass of wine so maybe its the fatigue and the vino.  NOPE.  Night after night I was out like a light and this from an ADD riddled, entrepreneur that has a notepad by the  bed to write down ideas that wake me up.

All I can say is Thank You ChiliPad,  I am in love with sleeping again.

Now get your Z’s on.  You deserve and the better you sleep the healthier you will be.
