Psalm 19:28, which says that “My soul is weary, strengthen me Lord, according to your word”. The narrator uses this Psalm to help you think about how you handle most Monday mornings. He relates to you by explaining that we all have great weekends. And sometimes, those weekends are over way too soon. A Monday morning can be difficult especially if we enjoyed our weekend. If you are starting the week already exhausted and tired, turn to God’s promises.  According to God’s word He promises to strengthen us. Hopefully, this will help you if you too struggle on a Monday morning after a long, enjoyable couple of days off.

Key Points of Video:

  • 1If you are weary, from a long weekend or from waging the battles of life, turn to the Lord for strength!
  • 2According to Psalm 119:28, “My soul is weary, Strengthen me according to your word.”
  • 3Pull out your bible, and take a few minutes to benefit from the words of life that it contains. In doing so, you could reap the benefits of strength, comfort, and the peace you need for the day!
